We’re building an affordable tournament softball program where girls can compete, develop, build confidence, succeed in the classroom, and create friendships and memories along the way. #### **That takes coaches—but it also takes a community.** You don’t need to know softball or have a huge amount of free time to make an impact. Whether you’re interested in becoming a head coach, assistant coach, or simply helping at practices, we’d love to hear from you. **Commitment:** Varies by role **Great for:** Experienced coaches, former players, softball/baseball parents, and positive adults who love teaching the game ***IMPORTANT NOTE:** All Charm coaches must meet applicable Little League and Charm Program requirements, including required background checks and safety training.
