It Takes a Community to Create Opportunity
Charm Softball is about more than putting teams on the field.
We’re building an affordable tournament softball program where girls can compete, develop, build confidence, succeed in the classroom, and create friendships and memories along the way.
That takes coaches—but it also takes a community.
You don’t need to know softball or have a huge amount of free time to make an impact. Whether you can take ownership of an area, help occasionally, share a professional skill, or simply lend a hand when needed, there’s a place for you.

Parent Leadership & Volunteer Opportunities
Fundraising Coordinator
Help make tournament softball more affordable.
Keep our fundraising programs moving, share reminders and progress, celebrate successes, and help identify creative new ways to reduce costs for our families.

Sponsorship Coordinator
Help connect our girls with the community supporting them.
Assist with local business outreach, sponsor follow-ups, recognition, and making sure Charm delivers everything we’ve promised our partners.

Tournament & Travel Coordinator
Help make tournament weekends easier for everyone.
Assist with tournament information, travel details, schedules, deadlines, and getting families the information they need.

Events & Community Coordinator
Help create the memories that happen beyond the field.
Help organize Signing Day, end-of-season, team celebrations, community service projects, special events, and opportunities that bring Charm families together.

Uniforms & Equipment Coordinator
Help keep our girls looking good and ready to compete.
Assist with sizing, uniform distribution, team store apparel , replacements, and organization of shared Charm equipment.
Commitment: Heavier before each season, lighter afterward

Photographer / Videographer
Help us capture the Charm story.
Photograph or record games, tournaments, practices, events, player milestones, and those little moments families will want to remember.
Content may also help Charm celebrate our players, promote the program, recognize sponsors, and tell our story online.
Commitment: As available—you don’t need to attend everything
Great for: Photographers, videographers, content creators, or someone who simply loves capturing great moments
Social Media & Content Coordinator
Help us share what our girls are accomplishing with the world.
Collect photos, videos, scores, milestones, community activities, and stories that showcase our players, teams, coaches, families, and sponsors.
Commitment: Flexible
Great for: Creative people, storytellers, and social-media-savvy parents
Study Hall Volunteer
Help our girls succeed off the field, too.
Lend a hand during Charm study halls by helping with homework, answering questions, or simply providing another supportive adult in the room.
