Refund Policy
- Full refund: Player withdraws before first practice. Uniform cost deducted if already ordered.
- 50% refund: Player withdraws before the first tournament. Non-recoverable expenses are deducted proportionally.
- No refund: Player withdraws after the first tournament or within 30 days of season end.
- Medical exception: Full or partial refund at the head coach’s discretion for a verified injury or illness. Document with a written request.
Payment Approach –
To reduce the financial burden on families, a $199.99 deposit is collected in an initial deposit of upon signing, then three consecutive monthly installments of $166.67.
