Refund Policy

• Full refund: Player withdraws before first practice. Uniform cost deducted if already ordered.
• 50% refund: Player withdraws before the first tournament. Non-recoverable expenses are deducted proportionally.
• No refund: Player withdraws after the first tournament or within 30 days of season end.
• Medical exception: Full or partial refund at the head coach’s discretion for a verified injury or illness. Document with a written request.
